Your La Joie timepiece is crafted with care and precision to accompany you through every moment. Each piece is tested to meet the highest standards of quality and design integrity.

La Joie offers a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

During this period, La Joie will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective components at no cost, provided that the timepiece was purchased from an authorized La Joie retailer or our official online store and is accompanied by valid proof of purchase.

This warranty covers:

• The internal movement, hands, and dial.

• Defects in the case or clasp caused by manufacturing faults.

• Workmanship flaws discovered under normal usage.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (including strap aging, discoloration, or surface scratches).

• Damage caused by impact, mishandling, or unauthorized repair.

• Battery replacement or damage due to water exposure beyond rated resistance.

Warranty service performed by La Joie or an authorized service partner will not extend the original warranty period.
