La Joie International Two-Year Warranty

La Joie timepieces are crafted under strict Swiss standards. All our watches undergo a series of tests to ensure it meets the standards of our stringent quality control.

 

Our international warranty is for 2 years, from the time of purchase. The warranty does not cover damages or functioning issues that are resulted from accidents, misuse or negligence.

 

The warranty will be void should there have been unauthorized alterations, tampering, modification and repairs. The warranty will only be valid should the watch be brought back to a registered La Joie repair centre.

 

All straps, regardless of material will not be covered by any warranty due to its inherent nature for wear and tear. La Joie holds the sole discretion to determine if the warranty has been voided. All repairs are monitored on a case-to-case basis within the international warranty period.
