Your watch is created with the highest level of Swiss manufacturing excellence. When cared for properly, it will be a lifelong companion throughout time. With natural wear and tear, certain features of the watch are prone to ageing.

We recommend that you have your beloved La Joie timepiece checked every year for water resistance and every 5 years for a full servicing. 

Upon receiving your watch, a professional will assess it and determine the necessary next steps. You will receive a full quotation and only upon your agreement will servicing start. Once servicing is completed, the watch will be monitored for a few days before you receive a call to pick up your timepiece.

All watch repairs carried out by an authorized La Joie care agent is guaranteed for 12 months. This covers replacements parts and labour.
